Flew to Orlando and back this past week- opted out of the scanner once and didn't get selected for it the other time. Here is a list of the things that the TSA missed on persons traveling at the same time of me that I am aware of:
-wallet knife card
-victorinox classic knife
- pepper spray
- cigar cutters
- butane lighters
These are the things that the party I traveled with brought on ACCIDENT. Imagine if someone spent 10 minutes and tried to bring something nasty through. I will own the cigar cutter was mine. The rest was not.
All of these items made it there and back without issue, being scanned through two airports.
Why am I taking off my shoes again?
